My dealing with them is "never again". I had a package sent from England. They sent an invoice for customs charges which is fine. I called and asked if they accept "cash on delivery". Yes was their answer. Within days, I received my parcel and paid the driver. About 2 to 3 weeks later I got a call from them telling me that I had not paid. I was asked to describe the driver which I did and then the person on the line recalled who it was and with no apology, left the call. Well today 31 March 2023, through the mail, I have an invoice for "late payment fee". I called their customer help line and was redirected to someone in India. He has no access to their system and cannot help me right away. He said though that the amount of the first invoice is not paid. How did I get my parcel on c.o.d? They are very disorganised. I will never ever use nor recommend such ineffeciency.
