Every single time I get an update from a company telling me they've handed mu purchase to UPS I know the nightmare is about to begin. Appalling customer service, complete lack of any procedural knowledge. The most common phrase is "see if it arrives today and if not call back tomorrow". I was asked where my package came from, when was the label created and if I had contacted the shipper to see if it had been sent. All while looking at the UPS tracking page with all the information included right there. They're so clueless they're just trying to get you off the phone it's l diversion tactics and no common sense.They've had my package this time since the 17th of March stuck in their own customs section in Finglas and are escalating items to themselves. It'd be funny if it wasn't so infuriating.
