If I could give less than 1 star I would. If you can find an alternative courier, I would advise to use them instead, or get your item elsewhere. It's not the 1st time UPS does an awful job. Every step of the customer journey was bad, starting from driver reaching out to me from their whatsapp (not business Whatsapp but and private number)and me not knowing if it's scam or real ending with their customer service, that is time dragging and energy dragging. I'm dealing with it for a 2nd week now, and they decided to shift all responsibility for their incompetence and sloppy service to a shipper. When UPS has received the package that was sent to me, they have weighted it inaccurately and put the label on it with 5kg instead of 500g, which caused in extra customs of 43 euro on top of what I have paid. When package has arrived, the plant that I have ordered was all in bits and soil was coming out of the box, although the box had instructions on it that it's fragile and that it should be kept in a certain position. Now, I'm being sent from one person to another and needing to log cases again, although I submitted all information in the 1st place.
