Jokeshop of a company. Their wind down of parcel motel has been shambolic at best. Sent parcel on 8th Jan. It got stuck in a locker, lost/stolen, subsequently found while a claim was in process. Still not delivered almost 3 months later. I’ve no refund or confirmation of new tracking number. They don’t respond to emails, ask the same question 10 times but don’t action any of the answers. I’ve at least 30 emails with case numbers outstanding. Shocking! UPS don’t give a damn!
