Never ever use this sh&t show of a company.Useless customer service - tell me I’ll get a call after calling everyday for a week and nothing comes through. Filipino brain donors in the call centre.Nothing resolved and telling me I have to call Japan to chase my package when I call to query why it’s late.Never ever ever again. I will now never ever use or buy from any company that even states they MIGHT use UPS as a courier. An absolute and utter joke. Stick with DHL or DPD for reliability and superior customer service even though they are more costly. At least you will have no issues.
