I receive packages at least daily. However, UPS is currently the only delivery service that I have problems with. The typical scenario is that they say that no one was at home, so they couldn't deliver the package. This happened again just today. I'm retired, my husband is retired and today was my stepson's day off. All 3 of us were home at the time that UPS stated it attempted delivery. So, essentially, their staff flat out lied. It's very frustrating when I pay for delivery & I get this type of "service!"
