UPS does not deliver. If you see a parcel from UPS, it isn't coming, they won't attempt to deliver it. I have a camera to the front door and nobody even knocked.

If you have a delivery tracking number from these guys, ask for a refund immediately, shop somewhere else.

The worst delivery company ever.

Order placed on February 5th. Part of the order was shipped from China, part from Italy. The order from China arrived today. The one from Italy, UPS delivery, did not arrive. Since I am at work during the day, I set UPS to deliver to a neighbor who is always at home. For the last three days, the UPS courier has left me a notification every day that I was not home. He did not leave the package with my neighbor. Now UPS is notifying me that he will send the package back to Italy.There are over 7000 negative reviews, and yet nothing changes. The same bad deliveries, the same operators who do not respond to messages on Facebook.UPS is not a delivery company. Delivery companies deliver. On time. Late at night or on weekends. UPS is a failed project. Their goal is to annoy as many people as possible. They are the worst delivery company and they are doing everything possible to maintain this position.

Worst carrier service I've ever had

Horrible carrier, horrible service. They've delivered to a "neighbor", without my consent and without pointing out to which neighbor. When contacting their customer service, apparently the tracking number provided is not enough for them to locate where their 'great service' dropped my package. Now I need to ask seller about their tracking reference, so eventually they can find where my package is. Also I have close to 100 neighbors, should I ring on all doors? From now on I will stay clear from every company that is offering shipping with UPS. It is unbelievable how companies like UPS still exist.

Absolutely worst delivery company

Absolutely the worst delivery company! Each time I have to deal with this company something goes wrong. Each time they say they are going to deliver, they don’t show up multiple times in a row. Communicate I wasn’t home while I most definitely was. Probably lazy delivery drivers and bad management who let them be incompetent and lazy. Customer service can’t do anything. Might as well don’t have one. They have the same info as you have with your track and trace.

Terrible delivery

The app states a timeframe, So I set aside the time to stay at home. Then the timeframe changes to all day. Suddenly I get the message they can't deliver? and 14min after that I get the message I wasn't home? Then 1 minute later it is delivered at a drop-off point 20min. out... Wasted my time waiting and now I still need to go out to get my stuff. UPS is worse than DHL and PostNL. Why is this useless American company in the Netherlands anyway...

Packet not even arrived

Went to collect my package “it’s not here yet, it happens all the time with UPS”. This is the worst one of the Netherlands. Impossible to change your delivery options like with any other Dutch carrier, login experience is complex and it tries to charge you when you want to choose a safe place or send your parcel to a collection point.

Almost 9/10 my parcels is postponed or being deliberately brought to the pickup spot eventhough I paid for delivery. Companies shouldn't be using them its a very dishonest delivery service.

Worst delivery company in nl

Worst delivery company in nl. I paid for shipping fee and just because they’re so lazy ass they put my parcel on access point which is far from where I live and now my parcel has to return because it’s their fault for not delivering it to my house. I don’t understand why this shitty company exist. I wish I could give them -100000000 . I hate this company to the very bottom of my core ahhhh
