I received an 2emails stating a delivery would be made the following day. It gave the date it would be delivered and stated "end of day" no specific time. It's now 19.20 and no delivery received. I phoned on spoke with someone who stated it hasn't been shipped to them from the company I've ordered from which is a UK company. Why send 2 emails saying it was going to be delivered today when it wasn't. UPS needs to be honest and not fool people into thinking a delivery is on it's way. Anyone else had this problem?
