They have never delivered a package to my home address in a major city; instead, they leave it at hard-to-reach pick-up points, wasting my time. Their 'My Choice' option does not work, and their online customer service is non-existent, making it hard to resolve issues. They charge for services they do not provide, and I would never choose them if I had the option—it's forced on me by companies that use them.
