Extremely outdated system with excessive charges.

The system is extremely outdated and there are excessive charges. I purchased an item for around 300 NOK from overseas, and the delivery service added another 300 NOK for shipping, followed by an additional 300 NOK for import duties. The delivery took over two weeks, resulting in a total cost of 900 NOK. In contrast, I ordered other parts from a different country for 500 NOK, which were delivered in just two days without any extra fees.

Arrogant service

The drivers and service are unbelievably poor; the concept of "door-to-door delivery" is a joke. The driver shows no concern and will leave the package at some distant shop. Complaining is futile, as they claim the driver lacks a work phone, which is absurd. The last-mile service is appalling!

Failed delivery attempt

They failed to deliver the package to my address and didn’t notify me. They promised delivery on Thursday, so I waited at home. No email or message arrived, and when I checked online, it showed delivery failed at 12:12. They seem too lazy to deliver. The website then indicated I needed to pick it up, but the details were unclear. This experience with the delivery service is just frustrating. It deserves zero stars.

Worst service ever

This is the worst service ever. Even a one-legged horse would deliver faster. With this company, you will face delays, damaged packages, and deliveries three days late. Never again!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

My business will no longer work with any companies that use this delivery service. It's the worst. Drivers often leave packages at a drop-off point 30 minutes away just to extend their lunch break. They have never successfully delivered a package to my nearest drop-off point, unlike all other companies.

Poor international delivery experience

I used this delivery service to send a parcel from the UK to Romania, but it couldn’t be delivered due to customs paperwork. Now, they demand £114 to deliver my parcel, despite the insurance I paid for, which they conveniently ignore. It feels like a scam, and I suggest finding other couriers.
