Terrible experience with UPS. Received an email that UPS had tried to deliver my package, I did not receive any call so I was completely unaware of this. The package got sent to a pick up point far away (there are ones closer to where I live). I then called UPS asking kindly if it can be sent to the closer pick-up point but the man in the customer-service treated me like an idiot, making jokes with how far a mile is, excusing himself for being rude and then continues being rude after checking my track-id. It was extremely weird, unserious and unpleasant. I also have another package that are to be delivered by UPS that are one month late. I ultimately called the customer service, who told me I could just go to UPS warehouse and get my package. When I arrive there, they could not find my package and excused their customer service being based in Portugal and Philippines. I have no idea when I will get it.
