UPS must really hate their customers

UPS must really hate their customers. For days I have been receiving text messages about future deliveries (orders that belong to other customers). UPS is not able to remove my phone number from these notifications. This is beyond spamming. I get notifications that I have to pay a fee to get my orders delivered. Next time I order something from abroad I will ask them if they use UPS. If they do, I will order elsewhere.
