UPS canceled my delivery, claiming I didn't want it, even though it was still two hours away. They shouldn't have the authority to cancel deliveries without reason. There was no explanation for the cancellation, and they don't respond to inquiries. I was eagerly awaiting that delivery, and now I have to wait for a refund and reorder. This is the worst service I've ever experienced.
