My delivery was unexpectedly canceled. The service claimed I didn't want it, even though it was still two hours away from me. They shouldn't have the authority to cancel a delivery on their own. There was no explanation for the cancellation, and I couldn't get in touch with anyone for help. I was really looking forward to receiving that package, and now I have to wait for a refund and reorder. This has been the worst experience I've ever had.

This has been the longest and most terrible delivery experience I've ever encountered. The package arrived in Portugal from Italy in just two days, but UPS took over 20 days to deliver it locally. It was an absolute nightmare. I received automated emails claiming the 'recipient is not here,' yet the courier didn't even attempt delivery. As someone who works from home, I was attentive, but they never showed up. My messages went unanswered, and contacting support was a challenge. I'm still waiting for my package and would not recommend this delivery service.
UPS should really reconsider their operations. Their customer service is lacking! I ordered from a shop that used UPS, and they left my parcel at a pickup point far from my home without any notification. When I tried to collect it today, the location was closed! UPS claimed they made it easier for me to access, which is absurd. They also don’t respond to my inquiries!
This joint delivery from the UK to Portugal was a disaster. The couriers claimed to have made three delivery attempts, which was completely false. We were home all week, and technology confirmed no visitors. The parcel was returned to the UK, completely disregarding the deadlines communicated via email. They are not trustworthy, and this service fails to meet basic expectations.
This company is utterly ineffective. They misled me about delivery and then expected me to drive two hours to collect my package. I've been given excuses for two weeks since they received the parcel, and their responses are infrequent. This is shocking, and companies should reconsider using their services.
I've had no delivery attempts from this service for any of our seven orders, despite paying for home delivery. There were no notes left, and my package was sent to a remote pickup location, forcing me to travel while pregnant to collect a heavy package. My messages went unanswered. This service is unacceptable and needs to improve delivery practices to ensure proper attempts and notifications.
They claimed to have attempted delivery twice, but I was home both times, and no attempt was made. Customer service is unreachable, and their website only directs you to information stating the vendor must file a claim. This has been the worst experience I've had with a carrier, and I definitely do not recommend them.
