ups brought forward due delivery day by TWO days. Had to rearrange commitments. Then gave delivery window, so went out for 20 mins well before they were due. And yes, they’d turned up over an hour early. I signed up for text updates but got no notification about any changes. Now they want to deliver on Monday, when I’m at work. Home delivery is the only option-neighbours also work. Rang to complain. Yeah. Still waiting for a returned call as promised. HoHoHo. Dreadful business. Awful communication. Clunky website. Do providers know how BAD this firm is? Who is accountable? As usual no one.
