I have been chasing an item since the 23rd of December. I was given a delivery date of the 23rd of December. I was then given a delivery date of the 24th of December I was then given another delivery date of the 27th of November. I was then given a personal assurance on the telephone that the item will be delivered on the 31st of December and obviously it wasn’t delivered on any of these occasions. It’s obvious that I was lied to on all occasions. I have chased this parcel continuously . There tracking system is a complete travesty and there system for chasing once tracking isn’t available almost impossible to navigate today I was transferred no less than five times to different departments before finally being transferred back to the very department that I spoke to and that transferred me in the first place. There organisation seems to be completely inefficient and not fit for purpose. It has actually taken them seven days to tell me someone had either lost or more Probably stolen my parcel that was supposed to be a Christmas present. Never use this company
