Incompetent Service

This service has proven to be the most incompetent and disorganized I've ever encountered. I sent a handmade gift from Canada to a friend in Texas, and it traveled all over North America before arriving damaged. When they returned to document the damage, they took it back for inspection and then claimed it was lost. I'm still waiting for a refund on the shipping cost while they charge my friend additional fees. This is beyond frustrating!
