Incredible Delivery Problems

I can't believe it, but I ordered a replacement engine hoist and the only shipping option was this service. For the second time, they managed to damage the hoist, making it undeliverable. How does a 200-pound steel hoist get damaged like that? They reported it as damaged, but closed the case claiming proof of delivery. I'm astonished that such a poorly performing service can still operate.

Unbelievable Situation

It's hard to believe, but I ordered a replacement engine hoist and the only shipping option was UPS. For the second time, they managed to damage the engine hoist to the point of making it undeliverable. How can a 200-pound steel engine hoist sustain such damage? They reported it as damaged and undeliverable to the company but concluded the case by claiming they had proof of delivery. I'm shocked that a service with such poor performance can still be in business.

Disrespectful Behavior

The so-called manager at the service location is very rude and disrespectful towards customers. There is a complete lack of respect. Someone with such disrespectful behavior should not be allowed to work there and needs to be let go.

Terrible Experience

This was a terrible experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited at home all day for my scheduled delivery window. The driver claimed they attempted delivery and I wasn’t home, but that is a complete lie. No one came and no notice was left. I ordered high-value items that I am now responsible for.

Incompetent Service

This service has proven to be the most incompetent and disorganized I've ever encountered. I sent a handmade gift from Canada to a friend in Texas, and it traveled all over North America before arriving damaged. When they returned to document the damage, they took it back for inspection and then claimed it was lost. I'm still waiting for a refund on the shipping cost while they charge my friend additional fees. This is beyond frustrating!

Lost Package

I shipped a birthday package to my daughter within the same state, and it was lost within 20 miles of two service locations. This is the second time I've experienced this issue. How can two items get lost in such a short time frame? It raises serious concerns about the integrity of the service.

Critical Delay

They failed to pick up a critical bio sample in time, which is now unusable. This delay could have serious consequences for my health. I attempted to file a complaint, but it was nearly impossible to get through to anyone who could help. I strongly condemn this service.

The delivery was late, and they didn't arrive on the agreed day. The driver claimed they couldn't find my house, even though I live in a normal suburban area with clear markings. My package is still missing.

Frustrating Experience

If you choose to ship with this service, be ready for immense frustration, especially regarding insurance claims. Understanding the representatives can be difficult, and they often leave you hanging. I've switched to another shipping company and couldn't be happier. Never again!

Completely Ineffective

This service is completely ineffective. Customs are sending us emails for packages that don't belong to us, and the emails instruct not to reply. People must be confused about their packages not clearing. We’ve received multiple irrelevant requests for information that don’t concern us. They need to resolve this issue!
