I can't believe it, but I ordered a replacement engine hoist and the only shipping option was this service. For the second time, they managed to damage the hoist, making it undeliverable. How does a 200-pound steel hoist get damaged like that? They reported it as damaged, but closed the case claiming proof of delivery. I'm astonished that such a poorly performing service can still operate.

They reported it as damaged and undeliverable to the company but concluded the case by claiming they had proof of delivery. I'm shocked that a service with such poor performance can still be in business.
This was a terrible experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited at home all day for my scheduled delivery window. The driver claimed they attempted delivery and I wasn’t home, but that is a complete lie. No one came and no notice was left. I ordered high-value items that I am now responsible for.
This service has proven to be the most incompetent and disorganized I've ever encountered. I sent a handmade gift from Canada to a friend in Texas, and it traveled all over North America before arriving damaged. When they returned to document the damage, they took it back for inspection and then claimed it was lost. I'm still waiting for a refund on the shipping cost while they charge my friend additional fees. This is beyond frustrating!

This service is completely ineffective. Customs are sending us emails for packages that don't belong to us, and the emails instruct not to reply. People must be confused about their packages not clearing. We’ve received multiple irrelevant requests for information that don’t concern us. They need to resolve this issue!
