TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Absolutely impossible to talk to a real person. I have been trying to file a claim on an item that the recipient received a totally different item that I shipped for almost a YEAR!!. It appeared the box had been damaged heavily along with others because the item that was received was sticking out entirely from the original box and UPS tape was wrapped all around it. They refuse to take any responsibility. There was a noted "delay" in transit and I imagine this is where some sort of total mishap occurred to cause several boxes to get destroyed and mixed up and repackaged. I can never email with the same person. The only refer me to the website where it won't accept my claim and directs me to contact customer service which is IMPOSSIBLE. UPS makes it so stressful and terrible to file a claim that the majority of people probably just give up! It isn't about the money anymore it is to have UPS held accountable!!
