My experience was quite unsatisfactory. I completed the modules, and the platform indicated they were done, but one day they showed as incomplete. The company insisted their records show otherwise. I was in a trial period and canceled before January 7th, yet I was charged on January 6th. I reached out immediately for a refund, but they refused, despite my dissatisfaction and wish to stop using their services. After numerous emails, they continued to deny my refund request and warned me that disputing the charge would lead them to prove I didn’t cancel in time. It’s really unfortunate to be treated this way.
