I had a very disappointing experience. I completed the modules, and the platform indicated they were finished, but one day they appeared as incomplete. The company claimed their system shows they were not completed. Why would I lie? I was in a trial period and canceled it before the end of January 7th, yet I was charged on January 6th. I contacted them immediately for a refund, but they refused, despite my clear dissatisfaction and desire to discontinue the services. After several emails back and forth, they still would not refund me and warned that if I disputed the charge, they would provide proof that I didn't cancel in time. It's truly unfortunate to be treated like this.
I experienced a remarkable learning journey and gained a solid understanding of the basic fundamentals in each course I enrolled in, transitioning from a complete beginner to an intermediate level. Everything is professional and well-organized.

I enjoy the lessons and am grateful to have received my first certificate, and I’m already onto my second module. There’s no turning back now.

Overall, it was a mixed experience—improved by customer service, but limited by the quality of instruction.
I’m finishing the blog/vlog course, and it has been incredibly beneficial. I previously avoided social media due to time consumption, but as I transition out of my contracting career, this seems like a great way to utilize my skills to assist others and generate income. The course covers everything from planning to identifying content needs and analyzing site data. I highly recommend it, along with all courses offered by the service!
