I had a very disappointing experience. I completed the modules, and the platform indicated they were finished, but one day they appeared as incomplete. The company claimed their system shows they were not completed. Why would I lie? I was in a trial period and canceled it before the end of January 7th, yet I was charged on January 6th. I contacted them immediately for a refund, but they refused, despite my clear dissatisfaction and desire to discontinue the services. After several emails back and forth, they still would not refund me and warned that if I disputed the charge, they would provide proof that I didn't cancel in time. It's truly unfortunate to be treated like this.
