I placed an order and quickly requested to cancel it due to a bad feeling. They charged my account immediately, and after several exchanges, I insisted on cancelling the order and getting my refund. This was back in November, and I STILL haven't received my money. This service takes your money without delivering the product. I don't want the item; I just want my refund.
