They charged my credit card when I never actually submitted the order. I filled the order form out, including credit card, but I changed my mind and I backed out of the site. To my amazement they processed the charge immediately. I called to ask why it was charged and to cancel the order that I never placed.
I was told it would be 18 days to refund $328 on an order I never really made. On day 18 I emailed for the refund and was told it was being sent to process the refund that day and it would be another 2-5 days. Well, guess what?? Yep, you got it!! Still no refund, no more email reply, nobody answers the phone... yeah!!

I placed an order and quickly requested to cancel it due to a bad feeling. They charged my account immediately, and after several exchanges, I insisted on cancelling the order and getting my refund. This was back in November, and I STILL haven't received my money. This service takes your money without delivering the product. I don't want the item; I just want my refund. I'm considering contacting my lawyer to explore my options.
I bought a product and had a simple question, so I sent an email. They replied right away, and it was evident that it wasn't an automated response—if it was, it was impressively done. I'm currently using them and can't tell if my back feels better or if it's just in my head... Regardless, I'm planning to purchase another pair to achieve a more comfortable back.
This company has unbelievable customer service iI needed to change my insole size and they quickly agreed to helping with this change. When I placed my original order. They cane back asking if iII had any feet related issues which iI did from a foot accident. This company says they will make it right or you get your money back. I like that kind of guarantee!!!!Waiting for the order to be shipped.
