I recently bought a dress, but the quality was subpar. When I asked for a refund, the company only offered store credit. With no other choice, I used the credit and spent more money on another order. Unfortunately, the second order was also disappointing, with sizes not matching what was advertised. To make matters worse, customer service was rude and dismissive, insisting on their no-return policy. I've never encountered such inflexible practices with any online shopping service. The images on the website are misleading compared to what I received. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing.
