Do not buy anything from Uptownie.com They are straight up frauds. I made pre payment for a halter neck dress.It’s been 10 days already and no updates are sent even after sending multiple mails, calls and messages to them. They are even deleting my instagram comments.
I wish I could give them a zero! That’s how awful this service is. I placed an order on 12 Dec 2025, paid in advance, and to this day I have not received my order. When I try to call, no one answers, and on their chat, they just keep saying “sorry for the inconvenience.” This was my first and last order. I would never recommend this to anyone. I really don’t understand how they manage to operate with such poor service! The worst online shopping experience ever!
It's a scam, beware... They have not dispatched the product I ordered on 27th December. They keep making excuses about logistics delays. I can't trust their product quality even if it eventually arrives. This has been a really poor experience for me.

I recently bought a dress, but the quality was subpar. When I asked for a refund, the company only offered store credit. With no other choice, I used the credit and spent more money on another order. Unfortunately, the second order was also disappointing, with sizes not matching what was advertised. To make matters worse, customer service was rude and dismissive, insisting on their no-return policy. I've never encountered such inflexible practices with any online shopping service.
