I placed an order on 13th December, and as of 4th January, I still have not received it. The status shows 'ready to be dispatched,' but there has been no actual movement. The team's lack of accountability is disheartening. Each time I reach out, I get the same generic responses—'We've addressed your request' and 'We apologize for the inconvenience.' After waiting over three weeks and following up multiple times, this experience has been very frustrating. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this brand.
