Extremely disappointing experience. Initially, they only offer store credit instead of a refund. When you finally manage to exchange it, the item you receive cannot be returned. It's ridiculous—now the product doesn't fit well. It's a complete waste of money, and the customer service is very unhelpful. I recommend avoiding purchases from this site.
