I don’t even want to give a star because they don’t deserve any
Extremely disappointing experience with Uptownie.
I placed an order on 4 February 2026 and as of 6 March 2026 (over one month later), the order is still showing as “processing”. No shipping update or tracking details have been provided.
I have tried contacting their customer support through email and also reached out through their Instagram posts, but there has been no proper response. In fact, my comments asking for an update seem to be getting deleted.
What is concerning is that when I checked social media, many other customers appear to be reporting the same issue — orders not being delivered and lack of response from the brand.
A delay of this length without any communication or transparency is unacceptable for an online business.
I hope the company either delivers the order immediately or issues a full refund. Until then, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this brand.
