However, even after more than month the order has not been dispatched and no valid tracking details have been provided. Customer support repeatedly sends generic responses mentioning “technical issues” but does not provide a delivery timeline or resolution.
This behavior appears misleading because customers are allowed to place and pay for orders even when the company may not be capable of fulfilling them in a reasonable timeframe.
