Do not use this company. They gave me an estimated offer for my phone and after inspection they gave me such a low offer. I couldn’t be bothered going back and forth with them so just accepted it. 3 weeks on and still waiting for the money and now ignoring emails, such terrible customer service. Please do not use this company they are a joke.
