I’ve had such a great experience with this company, they were quick to package and post my iPhone, and the phone arrived in PRISTINE condition, you would think the phone was brand new!! An amazing phone for an amazing price :)
I traded in my iPhone 13 Pro Max three months ago, and I still haven’t received any payment. I asked for my phone to be returned, but they told me it was lost while being sent back via Royal Mail.
They asked me to wait one month while they investigated the issue, but even after that, there has been no update or resolution. I have written reviews, sent multiple emails, and made many phone calls. They do respond, but it’s always the same response—apologies and promises to “fast forward” the issue, yet nothing actually changes.
At this point, I feel like I have been scammed. I’ve lost hope of getting either my phone or my money back. I strongly advise others not to trade in with this company.

I sent my device to sell in January. I was quoted £206 which then dropped to £180. I didn’t bother to decline due to them taking over a week to even process the item. My email stated I would recieve the money in 7 working days. This is now almost a month ago.. I am constantly told the same story of we have a backlog or experiencing a “slight” delay and unsure when we can make payment. I really do believe it’s a scam!
Currently on 9th working day waiting for payment for the device I traded in, with no light at the end of the tunnel. disgraceful behaviour from a company that was recommended by a comparison site.
Absolute joke, sent my phone off, they officially received it on the 10th. It’s now 23rd and no response or offer. Have been calling to be told I’ll chase it up with team 6 TIMES now and still nothing. Staff on call centre are doing their best, but overall this company is a scam and not organised.
Like the majority of the reviews have stated avoid at all cost seems like they are a scam company. Sold my phone to them and still not payment I rang customer service who said delays in payment and would escalate it and send a text message with a payment date still nil received now on day 14 nonpayment order no 900371306
Payment agreed on 4th Feb, now the 18th Feb and absolutely no payment whatsoever. Several emails to and fro, delays in payments and unable to send phone back to me since I agreed offer. Avoid avoid avoid!!! Will be contacting small claims tomorrow to start the process of actually receiving my money.
AWFUL. AVOID. Not sure how this company is coming out ‘top’ on comparison sites and has so many stars on trustpilot.
I got a relatively decent offer for my phone as being top on the comparison site silly me didn’t click onto the trust pilot reviews as it showed lots of green stars! Trade in confirmation was 06/01/26 and I was advised money would be in my bank within 7 workings days.
7 working days passed, no money. Chased them and was advised it’s with the accounts team and they are waiting on them for a date for the money to be transferred. All I kept getting told is I will receive a text as soon as they confirm a payment date.
Another week passed, no money. Asked for them to pay me immediately or send my phone back. Apparently they couldn’t send my phone back now as it’s been sent for repairs!! So now they can’t send my phone back and have not paid me for 3 weeks!
Anyway, after numerous emails and asking them to pay me or send my phone back as they’ve basically stolen my phone. 5 WEEKS LATER, they finally pay the money.
I’m not even sure they would have if I hadn’t have emailed them so much and threatened OFT.
Awful company. AVOID!
Appalling to say the least , sent a iPhone 16 to them which was used for maximum one hour in July 2025 , 0 charge cycles , 100% battery health and Apple warranty till July 2026 they quoted me £432 and then lowballed an offer of £395.00 , this is ridiculous they stated the phone isn’t pristine , yes it is it was pristine virtually brand new , I opened the seals to the box my self and the warranty started in July , they lowball people not worth head ache , review won’t be removed until a reason in detail is given as to why the phone was not pristine , also until initial price isn’t honoured
Don't give up.
After 21 days since this poor excuse of a company had my phone, finally they paid me, why?
After over 200 emails sent requesting payment, reporting them to Trading standards, uploading over 12 poor reviews on this site,
Advising them that the phone will be blocked using its registered code that each phone has.
My advice, if you've sent a phone and waiting for payment, be persistent,
If you want to send your phone to them for money, don't bother,
Claim your business profile now and gain access to all features and respond to customer reviews.
