We have a very negative experience of Urang. One has to continually chase them for replies and they employ poorly trained staff in South Africa.They try to hide fee increases by including them in the budget which is highly untransparant. If the service of such value, why do they not highlight the percentage increase?They also use the budget to agree fees for services they provide without itemising the expenditure. For example, they will put amounts under "maintenance" which will look like an allocation for potential maintenance work but it will actually be a committed expense for additional services. Again highly untransparant.
