Like another reviewer mentioned, my experience with the service to the UK was utterly terrible and almost nonexistent! I ordered multiple bottles of spirits and liqueurs that were listed as 'available, in stock' on their website. After waiting a week, I reached out to customer support, only to hear there was a delay from the suppliers (which was puzzling since they were supposedly in stock). After another week, I contacted them again and was informed there was an issue with 'Customs declarations forms'—seriously? When I tried to cancel my order and request a refund on my third attempt, I was told it could take up to another week. Now, almost a month has passed with my money in their account and no products received, leaving me too late to give these items as Christmas gifts. Truly shameful!
