Like another reviewer mentioned, my experience with the service to the UK was utterly terrible and almost nonexistent! I ordered multiple bottles of spirits and liqueurs that were listed as 'available, in stock' on their website. After waiting a week, I reached out to customer support, only to hear there was a delay from the suppliers (which was puzzling since they were supposedly in stock). After another week, I contacted them again and was informed there was an issue with 'Customs declarations forms'—seriously? When I tried to cancel my order and request a refund on my third attempt, I was told it could take up to another week. Now, almost a month has passed with my money in their account and no products received, leaving me too late to give these items as Christmas gifts. Truly shameful!
Thrilled that this hard-to-find tequila is available through the service. After an extensive online search for my girlfriend's favorite, I was excited to discover it. The ordering process was simple; my only suggestion would be to provide updates on delivery expectations, but I’m still giving five stars since they are the only ones who could offer what I wanted!
The platform offers a great selection of products that are hard to find elsewhere. However, my one-star rating is due to the delivery service they use, which has been extremely unreliable. My parcel has been awaited for two days and still hasn't arrived. The delivery information keeps changing, and I’ve paid a premium for priority delivery. They need to reconsider their delivery partner.
