Initially ordered a pink oyster mushroom kit, and when I realized my home wouldn’t provide the high temperature needed for the fruiting stage, the team was very helpful and quickly arranged for me to receive the blue-grey oyster mushroom spawn instead, which worked perfectly, leading to several great flushes.
