Fantastic customer service! Having bought a kit and started it on Christmas Eve I hit some issues so emailed straight away to ask for advice, Elliot responded that same day and gave some options. Being a complete total novice to mushroom growing his advice and instructions were brilliant and he came up with a great resolution to the problem - we are on our way to mushroom happiness!
