Update: my refund has finally been made, but it took too long as my return hadn't been scanned upon arrival at their warehouse. I returned multiple items, and while I was initially informed the refund would be processed by April 18, as of now, I still have not received it. My emails are going unanswered, and it's now April 23. The customer service has been lacking, and I'm being told to wait another 14 days.
