I ordered four items over six working days, expecting free next-day delivery, but as of now, the items haven't been dispatched, and I've received no shipping email despite paying in full upfront. As a first-time online customer, I was looking forward to supporting a local brand recommended by a friend, but the lack of communication has left me disappointed. I understand that delays can happen, especially during busy periods, but clear communication is essential. I was impressed by the collection's style and pricing, but with my work event now passed and no items received, I feel let down. If fulfilling next-day delivery is a challenge, it would be wise to reconsider offering it during peak times to avoid disappointing customers.

Frustrating return experience

The return process was terrible. The link provided in the package didn't work, but fortunately, I was able to get help from another retailer who provided a return link. After sending the item back and providing proof of delivery, I received minimal responses and was told the refund would be processed within 14 days. After several emails and attempts to chat, I had to escalate the issue, which was resolved quickly by the other retailer. I will not be purchasing again.

Extremely unsatisfactory service

This service is not even worth one star. I returned an item on October 29, and they confirmed its receipt the next day. However, I’ve had to pay for a service due to the delay in processing my refund. I've received no updates from them, only tracking information confirming they have the item. My attempts to reach out through various channels have been ignored. I am very frustrated and will not be using this service again.

Delayed refund process

Refund missing with no communication

I returned items over two weeks ago, and the carrier shows they were delivered, yet I haven’t received any confirmation or refund.
