Ordered a coat via Wallis from Urban Bliss waited weeks for it to arrive. Loved the coat & colour but it was huge in size definitely not a 14.I returned the coat on the 13th Jan it's 17days now and still no refund. Used both Wallis & Urban Bliss chat getting absolutely nowhere.
