My son vacated his rental studio room in Liverpool four months ago, and it took three months to get our deposit back. They deducted £222 for a deep clean of a single studio room, which he left mostly clean except for the boiler cupboard and skirting. Charging for deep cleaning is illegal, and the fee is absurdly high for a single room, indicating a complete lack of negotiation with the cleaner. Additionally, I mistakenly overpaid one month's rent and am still waiting for reimbursement four months later. Despite multiple emails and complaints, I have yet to receive a response. Do not trust this company.
