On another occasion, no one showed up, and on yet another, two cleaners arrived simultaneously, causing me to spend a long time resolving the issue over the phone. I've only been using this service for a short time, but the customer service is the biggest issue—there’s basically no way to reach someone unless they choose to contact you. The app has very limited functionality. I would have attempted to resolve this through customer service, but I ended up needing to cancel. If you find a good cleaner and can communicate directly with them, you might be fine, but otherwise, the experience is very lacking.
