I purchased the Urban Company Native M0 in Nov 2025 (AWB # SF2424024207URM). Within just two months, the machine stopped working. Despite the heavily marketed "2-year unconditional warranty," Urban Company is simply beating around the bush to avoid fixing the problem.

During the initial installation, their own technician confirmed the water pressure was perfectly fine. Now, they are using "low pressure" as a fake excuse to bypass warranty repairs and extract more money. They tried to force me to pay an extra ₹900 for an "external pressure kit" instead of honoring their service agreement.

Frustrated, I called an independent technician (an ex-UC employee). He fixed the machine in under 5 minutes and confirmed that UC intentionally blames water pressure to avoid warranty costs and upsell unnecessary parts.
Avoid this product if you value your money and peace of mind.

Extremely disappointing cleaning experience!
I booked a cleaner from Urban Company on Wednesday, and it was a complete disaster. Floors and balcony were left dirty, with hair and dust everywhere. The cleaner spent a long time but did not improve anything.
Customer service was non-existent — no proper follow-up, no one addressed my complaint, and the same cleaner was even sent back without my consent.
This service is far below any acceptable standards. If you value cleanliness and professionalism, think twice before booking with them.

This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had. They completely ignore appointments and timing. Full payment is required before any service is rendered. They reschedule at their convenience, which is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this service to anyone. 😡😡😡

They repeatedly send cleaners without proper identification, which my security understandably does not allow into the building. A key aspect of using a reputable service is ensuring compliance with regulations. This has happened multiple times recently. On another occasion, no one showed up, and on yet another, two cleaners arrived simultaneously, causing me to spend a long time resolving the issue over the phone. I've only been using this service for a short time, but the customer service is the biggest issue—there’s basically no way to reach someone unless they choose to contact you. The app has very limited functionality. I would have attempted to resolve this through customer service, but I ended up needing to cancel. If you find a good cleaner and can communicate directly with them, you might be fine, but otherwise, the experience is very lacking.

When I contacted customer service, they offered apologies but no real solutions, promising to escalate issues without follow-through. There's a lack of accountability, quality checks, and consistency. The call center staff seems indifferent and their apologies feel insincere. Ultimately, this service has proven to be unreliable, unprofessional, and stressful to deal with. They seem more focused on chasing ratings than delivering quality service. It's disappointing because the idea is good, but the execution is lacking. After giving them several chances, I believe it's better to handle cleaning myself than rely on this service.

Misleading advertising

Misleading advertising. I tried their service once but was informed that the same cleaner would not be available for my regular bookings due to being in a different category. This was never mentioned in their app. I’ve contacted their support team as requested to resolve this issue. I was later informed that they would arrange it, but then received a call stating it couldn’t be done. It feels like empty promises. I just want the same cleaner for regular service. It’s either you honor your commitment or not. Based on their website, this is my right as a consumer. If they choose not to honor their own offerings, that’s their decision. I urge others to consider their options.

Consistently poor service

I’ve used this cleaning service multiple times, and it’s always the same disappointing experience. They rarely arrive on time and often don’t show up at all. For example, I had a confirmed booking for 5 PM, but by 6:12 PM, no one had arrived, and then the service was canceled without any refund. This has happened repeatedly. It feels fraudulent. If they can't provide proper service or arrive on time, they shouldn't accept advance payments and then refuse refunds. This is unprofessional and dishonest.
