Customer service claims the booking was not possible, despite it being confirmed. This has happened multiple times, indicating a lack of organization and reliability. The cleaners often rush through the jobs, leave appliances running, and do not clean thoroughly. Some even pressure for high ratings, suggesting that poor reviews may lead to problems for them. When I provided honest feedback, I received a threatening call from a cleaner stating that no one would come next time if I didn’t give high scores. This is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management standards. When I contacted customer service, they offered apologies but no real solutions, promising to escalate issues without follow-through. There's a lack of accountability, quality checks, and consistency. The call center staff seems indifferent and their apologies feel insincere. Ultimately, this service has proven to be unreliable, unprofessional, and stressful to deal with. They seem more focused on chasing ratings than delivering quality service. It's disappointing because the idea is good, but the execution is lacking. After giving them several chances, I believe it's better to handle cleaning myself than rely on this service.
