I wish I could give no stars. I had the same experience as the prior reviewer but sadly didn’t see her review until after I made my purchase. Urbanheer.com took my money but never sent a confirmation email and when I called their customer service number, it went straight to an automated voicemail that sounded like a smart phone’s voice mail. I emailed them a few times inquiring as to the status of my order and not only did they never respond, I didn’t even receive an automated acknowledgement of my email. I ended up filing a dispute through my credit card company. Only after that dispute was resolved did Urbanheer reach out to me.UPDATE 4/19/24: Received a call from the company yesterday due to my bad review here. Their position is that I never supplied my email address in my order, however I don't believe that to be the case since I am receiving other non-order related marketing emails from them. Also, I have still never received the shoes, despite what they say in their response. Perhaps they are a newer company with a lot of operational hiccups to work out, but at the end of the day, this was my experience with them.
