I ordered an emerald green dress on January 6, and it’s now January 10 with no confirmation of my order despite paying for one to two day shipping. I have reached out via email several times, but I have received no response. There’s no phone number available, and although they claim to have contacted me multiple times, that has not happened. This situation raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the service.
I first saw Urbanheer on Instagram featuring a black denim and floral appliqué jacket. I could not believe how reasonably priced it was and ordered it immediately. It arrived today and it is truly a work of art. Cannot wait to wear it. Urbanheer kept me updated on progress and my beautiful new jacket is ready to be worn.

Company has no way to contact them about a return. I tried the customer service email listed on their website multiple times, with all the necessary details. All I got was an automatic reply saying they'd get back to me. I bought a shoe a half size too big and just needed an exchange. Now I'm outside 30 days, with no reply. I wrote them 2 days after receiving my product.

I made the order online and came to pick up and was wondering if the products are as good as pictures on the App, and I'm impressed.
