We had an high opinion on Urban ladder till we used their product. Their Venturi office chair has started to die just in 2 years. While our local chair which costed a fraction lasted 5 years. We are also using another chair similarly priced chair from GreenSoul and it's far better. Our experience with Urban ladder mattress quality also had not been great.
