In 2023, my order was delayed, and after waiting two weeks, I learned it wouldn't arrive in time, forcing me to scramble for a replacement gift. In 2024, my order was canceled due to stock unavailability, even though I had successfully placed it days earlier. Now it's December 2025, and the same problem has occurred: my order was canceled due to lack of stock, despite having ordered and paid recently. This indicates a significant inventory management problem. Experiencing this issue three years in a row points to a deeper, systemic issue within the company. I will no longer shop here as these recurring problems are unacceptable.
