Urban Outfitters is a shameful company that makes it more than clear that cash above customer service is their protocol. I ordered a black pair of sunglasses (first-time customer), but it never arrived. I emailed UO stating this, and they were adamant it was delivered. I then had to contact Evri, who opened an investigation. Long story short, I got refunded, but UO still put up resistance, claiming they owed me nothing, and it was my fault it hadn't been delivered. Their 'customer service' is appalling, and I will have nothing to do with this charlatan company again. Don't bother ordering from them, as you won't receive your items, get refunded, and they will placate you as the villan. Shocking.
