I have UrbanSitter as a benefit from my company, after using this is the only way I would use it (when it’s free). First of all, they have many user issues with the app, when issues come up you can only email their customer service and mostly you will receive pre written responses that address zero of the issues you mentioned. The customer service will always blame the customer and not recognize the software failure.... then it can take from 3 hours to 3 days for a response. To make matters worse they wait 3 business days to pay your sitter even though you pay up front which is frustrating for all involved... to sum it up... mediocre app, worst customer service possible.
